Forever Beautiful is a permanent makeup training facility with 2 locations - St. Marys, Georgia and Kernersville, North Carolina.  Our location in St. Marys is conveniently located near Jacksonville, Florida and offers classes weekly. Both permanent makeup training facilities are owned and operated by Janice and Lou Eyerly. Each bring a wealth of experience to the permanent makeup industry and are available to answer any questions regarding training.

Janice brings a tremendous amount of experience and talent to the permanent makeup industry. She began in the skin care field as a Mary Kay consultant where she rose up the ranks in the company and had accumulated 30 consultants under her wing.  At that time Janice decided she wanted a better way to "Make A Difference" in peoples lives and chose electrolysis as a starting point. She studied for six months at the Southeastern Institute in South Carolina; her course of study included heavy emphasis on the medical aspects of electrolysis and body systems. Janice continued training and went on to become certified as a clinical and medical electrologist (C.C.E.) which she maintains the 5 year re-certification through continued education. She has trained on the use of lasers for hair removal, but does not offer this service at this time.

Janice decided to further her beauty experience and expand into a related field of helping people when she discovered permanent makeup. As with everything she does, she jumped in by studying with the best National Trainer in the business and once her basic permanent makeup training was completed, she took off running. Through continuing and advanced education, Janice has become a Board Certified National Trainer. She teaches courses from beginner, to advanced, to specialty permanent cosmetic classes.

Ms. Eyerly's affililiations include: Diplomat and Fellow of the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM) and a member of The Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal (SCMHR).

Lou Eyerly, Janice's husband, retired from the US Navy after 28 years of service, serving on submarines both as an enlisted man and submarine officer. After Lou's service to our country he served as Chief Professional Officer for the United Way where he received official recognitions from several organizations for his service to the community. After 14 years with the United Way, Lou resigned to devote his energy to Janice and the permanent makeup industry.

Mr. Eyerly serves in and adminstrative and teaching capacity.  Lou maintains the websites, bookkeeping, photographic documentation, and prospective student interface, and handles training manual editing and publishing. Recently co-authored a textbook with Janice regarding permanent cosmetics. The text is being developed from the current training manual and will be marketed to large, formal organizations to be used for their permanent makeup courses.

Currently Lou is a Derma Technician and assists Janice in all areas of her practice. Lou continues to expand his horizons in the permanent makeup industry by continuing his education on a regular basis.

Lou Eyerly is a former member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), and supports the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM).
